Health Life Style with Heart and Feeling

If you are an academician, your brain and smart is first place because your brain needs to think and find phenomena on your research and engineering. In a laboratory, you will always conduct some research with some axiom and you must think what you do. Your feel is not need to use in this case. Therefore, you brain always work to think about your research and engineering.

However, if you are in everyday life, you will do your life activity as repeat activities. You will not use your brain because, your activities is repeated action. For example, ride you car, ride your bike, meet with your friend, meet with your colleagues, meet with your family etc. Moreover, if you are a teacher, you will not hard to think about lesson materials to give in your class because this is repeated action everyday. So, what you think? It is easy, it?s not it?.

Your brain can tired because it is need energy when brain use to think something. Your energy can low when long time in using and need to recharge. How recharge your energy especially for brain? You need enough rest and enough food nutrients. Some time you will consume brain nutrient capsule to improve your brain. Brain is contain cells to build our brain and can use to think. These cells can old and die so it is needs replacing with good cells.

Therefore, it is time to replace your brain with your heart. Do not use your brain everyday, but use your feel and heart everyday. Exception, if you are in learning and studying new one, then you must your brain. However, if you are conducting every activity as repeated action, then use your feel and heart. You could continue smoking, but if you are thinking where do you want to be in 10 or 20 years, then you should consider to quit this unhealthy habit. Smoking can damage your health and your whole body. By continuing with this addiction, you will jeopardize your health and the health of the people around you. It is a proven fact that people who are non smokers and who inhale the air that the smoker exhales can get ill from that. In fact those people who try to lead a healthy life, but are surrounded with people who smoke will have more health consequences than the people who smoke. If you are a person, who cares about others and about their well being then there is one more reason why to quit smoking. By thinking on other people’s health, you will be at the same time saving your own health.

People often forget that smoking around kids is not as harmless as it is thought. If you are a parent, you should think about their health as well. Besides that you are thinking on their health, you should also take into consideration that as a parent you are a role model to your kids. You should picture yourself as a parent of a fifteen years old kid, who is observing the behavior of her/his parents and peers. If you want to set an example to your kid, you should quit smoking, because if you are a smoker and you forbid to your kid to smoke, then your words will not have a meaning. You need to act accordingly to what you expect from them.

People like to look nice and to look healthy and in order to achieve that, they try all sorts of exercises, diets and creams. The best way to be healthy is to take in healthy substances into your body. That means to eat, drink and inhale healthy. If you are one of these people who like to look at their best all the time, then there is one more reason why to leave cigarettes aside and inhale a clean and fresh air. Are you working too much? Is your workplace becoming a second home? Stop for a second and consider whether you have a healthy life balance, if not, then it’s time to re-evaluate your life.

If you are lucky enough to be passionate about your job and you find it enjoyable and motivating, then there is nothing wrong with putting in some extra hours and feeling a sense of achievement as you accomplish your goals. Assuming that you thrive on hard work and reaching objectives, work can give you a buzz, providing of course that you are happy with the hours that you are working.

Sometimes working too much for too long leads to a serious work addiction and this can be very difficult to break free from once it has taken control of your life. A work addiction can seriously put your health under threat and your life on hold.

Life is all about achieving a healthy mix, work and spending time doing things that you like. If you feel that your work/life balance doesn’t exist and you want to make some changes, then have a think about some leisure activities that may appeal. It won’t necessarily be an easy transition, because if you are used to working too much, this will form part of a behavioural pattern that may be hard to break. Consider if you have become so obsessed by work that you cannot change the pattern straight away, it may be useful to start many changes slowly, injecting more social activities or quality family time in between your heavy workload.

If you tend to work on into the evenings, make sure that sometimes, you finish by 6pm at the latest to give yourself the benefit of time away from your work environment. With mobile phones now picking up emails, the temptation to carry on working whilst at home will gradually eat into your free time if you allow it. Try to avoid this trap.
